Rochester Area Interfaith Hospitality Network (RAIHN)

A not-for-profit organization that assists homeless families to achieve sustainable independence by supporting them with tailored services including shelter, food, and case management. We support the St. Luke/St. Cyrene (Two Saints) congregation in hosting RAIHN families. Visit raihn.org to learn more about this ministry in our community.

Aurora Hospice House

Over the last few years, Pearce has provided funding and logistical support for the construction of the Aurora Hospice House, located on Union Street in Spencerport. The two-bed hospice center is open to serve the needs of the dying and their families. Volunteer opportunities are numerous for individuals from Pearce.

Immigration Ministries

Pearce supports Immigration Legal Services, a ministry of New Hope Free Methodist Church in Rochester, providing low cost Immigrant Legal Services to help our new residents to navigate the confusing world of forms and government applications. Through our Great Commission Leadership Team, Pearce has committed to helping New Hope in this ministry both financially and through providing volunteers.

Backpack Program w/ Food Link

In partnership with Foodlink, Pearce provides food insecure children in our community with food for the weekend when they aren’t in school. You can help with preparing the bags at Foodlink and driving/delivering bags from Foodlink to Churchville-Chili schools.

The Heart & Soul Free Methodist Church

Pearce volunteers assist regularly with the Sunday children’s ministry, with a Saturday community food distribution, and have helped both financially and by construction labor in the refurbishing of the church located on North Clinton Avenue in Rochester.
