What is Grief Share?

GriefShare is a seminar and support group for people who are grieving the death of
someone they love. It is a place where a caring group of people will walk alongside you
through one of the most difficult experiences of life. GriefShare provides valuable
information about recovering from your grief and renewing your hope for the future.

 How GriefShare Works

• At each session the GriefShare group will view a video that features personal
stories of people who are grieving the death of a loved one. There will also be
insights from professional Christian experts on grief topic to help each group
member become more aware of their own grief process.

• After the video participants will meet together for a small support group to
discuss the video content and how it relates to their lives.

• Group participants will use their workbook for additional study of the grieving
process and so help sort through their own emotions.
